Thankyou for shopping with Nalasglittercreations ! All orders are processed and shipped within 7-15 business days of purchase. Due to Covid-19 delays may occur. Once shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.  

When placing your order please make sure to enter the full correct address, (street numbers if any, followed by name of street, city, state and zip code) including apartment, suite and unit numbers.

Please be advised, if we are unable to validate your shipping address, your order may be cancelled and money refunded to you. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs.

Delivery Issues (Lost or Stolen Packages)

If you receive a notification that your package was delivered, however, you did not receive it  ; contact USPS 1(800) 275-8777.
